Details

- more consistency: only use lowercase chars (for all elements, attributes and attribute values except path, file and compilation
put the attributes of `<header>` in `<root>` (and remove it afterwards) because it is very strange to use the element “header” as root-element if an element called “root” exists as well

After that add
root SYSTEM
the top of all audio compilation files and
root SYSTEM
all data compilation files.

These files provide information about the XML file’s structure and make it possible to both validate the files and create your own ones.

I have changed the output from CDBurnerXP and rewritten the dtd-files. The new files are attached to this post.
